Just a quick one to say congratulations to Camilla and Kevin on their engagement.
Camilla called me to ask if she could bring Kevin to our event in Maidstone on 5 June. Apparently he’d never actually seen Ian and Camilla’s show! None of us were young or cool enough to recognise him from Hollyoaks (though plenty of our guests and at least one barmaid were), but Kevin was very charming, very self-effacing, and obviously very proud of his girl. He also appreciated the M&Ms we’d put in Ian and Camilla’s dressing room. We’d taken all the brown ones out, of course. (No, seriously. We actually did take all the brown ones out. You can’t be too careful.)
Anyway, we all knew you crazy kids would get together. Congratulations, and we’re sure Ian will make a delightful maid of honour!
