How will she be able to pick up faults and give constructive criticism when she has barely learned some of the steps herself? If Arlene really had to go, then I believe Strictly ought to have left just the three judges, so that Len has a proper casting vote rather than the travesty we had last year. And if they really want 4 judges, then surely there are people out there with real experience who could make a good contribution to the show. The Beeb should be ashamed of itself. Arlene has a wealth of experience and is an icon in her field..... I love Alesha but how the hell can she critique dance fairly?
